Dfbocai Terms & Conditions – Malaysia Platform Terms of Use

1 Terms Acceptance & User Eligibility

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and dfbocai ("Platform," "We"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the dfbocai platform, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms and all related policies as amended from time to time.

To use the dfbocai platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 18 years and above at the time of registration and while using the platform
• Are a Malaysian citizen or permanent resident located in a territory where use of this platform is legally permitted under local law
• Not appearing on any exclusion or restriction list imposed by relevant authorities
• Have never had a dfbocai account previously terminated or suspended due to a breach of terms
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Malaysian law

2 Registration & Account Management

Each dfbocai user is permitted to hold only one (1) account only. Holding more than one account, whether in your own name or using another person's information, is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in the termination of all accounts involved.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate and complete information, including:

• Full name as per your MyKad or valid passport
• An active and accessible email address
• An active Malaysian mobile number registered in your name
• Accurate date of birth for age verification

Dfbocai reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including a copy of your MyKad, proof of address, or other relevant documents. Failure to submit the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension or termination.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dfbocai account password. dfbocai will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account by a third party.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

Dfbocai supports a wide range of Malaysian payment methods for your deposit and withdrawal convenience. All financial transactions on dfbocai must be conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Accepted Deposit Methods:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• DuitNow (direct transfer)
• GrabPay
• Boost eWallet
• ShopeePay
• FPX – Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and all supported Malaysian banks

The minimum deposit is RM30 and will be credited to your account immediately upon successful payment verification. dfbocai does not charge any processing fees for deposits.

For withdrawals, the minimum amount is RM50. Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours, depending on the chosen method and verification requirements. Withdrawals will be returned to the same account or e-wallet used for the deposit, subject to dfbocai's anti-money laundering (AML) policy.

4 Bonus, Promotions & Rewards Terms

Dfbocai offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, cashback, reload bonuses, and VIP programme rewards. Each bonus and promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions as stated alongside the respective offer.

The general terms applicable to all dfbocai bonuses are as follows:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per person unless otherwise stated
• Bonuses are non-transferable, cannot be sold, and cannot be directly exchanged for cash
• Dfbocai reserves the right to void any bonus if there is evidence of abuse, collusion, or any attempt to meet wagering requirements through illegitimate means
• The wagering requirement for each bonus is clearly stated in the relevant promotion's terms
• Unused bonuses will expire automatically once their validity period ends
• Dfbocai reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice

5 Game Rules & Integrity

All games on the dfbocai platform — including slots, Live Casino, table games, Sports Betting (badminton, virtual sports), progressive jackpots, and more — are operated using a Random Number Generator (RNG) system independently verified by accredited international auditing bodies. This ensures the fairness and transparency of every game outcome.

General game rules that all dfbocai players must follow:

• Play as an individual – the use of automation software, bots, or any tool that compromises fair play is strictly prohibited
• Collusion or any form of secret arrangement with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game is strictly prohibited
• Any attempt to exploit bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the platform for unauthorised gain constitutes a serious violation
• Game results are final once completed, unless there is irrefutable evidence of a significant technical error

For Sports Betting, including badminton and local football leagues (Liga Super Malaysia) as well as international leagues (EPL), all bets placed are final once the match has begun. dfbocai is not liable for any losses arising from odds changes after a bet has been confirmed.

6 Prohibited User Behaviour

Dfbocai is committed to maintaining a safe and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. The following behaviour is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate action, including account termination and balance freezing:

• Registering more than one account to claim bonuses or registration benefits multiple times
• Using false, stolen, or another person's information during registration or identity verification
• Any attempt to hack, breach, or disrupt the security or technical operations of the dfbocai platform
• Spreading content that is offensive, defamatory, or damaging to the reputation of dfbocai or other members
• Using the dfbocai platform for money laundering or any other criminal activity
• Sharing your account with others or allowing any third party to access your account
• Any form of cheating, including game manipulation or the unauthorised exploitation of promotions

7 Account Termination, Suspension & Closure

You may close your dfbocai account at any time by contacting our support team via email or live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days, and any eligible balance will be returned to you once the review is complete.

Dfbocai reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account at any time, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions
• Submission of false information or identity fraud
• Suspicious activity relating to money laundering or financial fraud
• Requests from relevant law enforcement authorities
• Use of unauthorised software or dishonest methods to gain an unfair advantage in any game

In the event of account termination due to a violation, dfbocai reserves the right to withhold and/or forfeit all balances, bonuses, and winnings associated with the violating activity.

8 dfbocai's Liability Limits

Dfbocai shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, such as internet outages, third-party infrastructure failures, or force majeure events
• Actions or omissions by third-party payment service providers
• Valid game results as determined by a properly functioning RNG system
• Unauthorised use of an account by a third party due to the user's failure to safeguard their login credentials
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform

In any event, dfbocai's maximum liability to any user is limited to the net deposit amount made by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9 Privacy & Data Protection Policy

Dfbocai takes the privacy and personal data protection of all its users seriously. The collection, use, and storage of your personal data is handled in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) and is explained in further detail in the Privacy Policy us, which form part of these Terms.

In summary, your personal data is used for the following purposes:

• Account management and identity verification
• Processing of deposit and withdrawal financial transactions
• Legal & Regulatory Compliance
• Communications regarding services, promotions, and platform updates
• Usage analytics for platform improvement purposes

Dfbocai will not sell, rent, or disclose your personal data to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or in the course of fulfilling the services you use.

10 Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

If you have any complaints or disputes relating to your use of the dfbocai platform, please follow the dispute resolution procedure below:

1. Contact Customer Support: Submit a detailed complaint to the dfbocai support team via live chat or email within 30 days of the date of the disputed incident
2. Review Period: dfbocai will review your complaint within 5 business days and provide you with a written response
3. Resolution Stages: If a complaint cannot be resolved at the first level, it will be escalated to management for further review within 14 days

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiation will be referred to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia.
